At the Capital Blue Store in Center Valley, PA, the holidays are definitely “Blue” in 2015. “Blue” is the theme of the second annual KidsPeace Art Exhibit at the store in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley center. On December 8, the young artists from KidsPeace were celebrated at a “Meet the Artist” reception at the store.
