KidsPeace’s Broadway and Berks campuses offer outpatient services for clients with autism, including:

Intensive Behavioral Health Services, and sites are Bethlehem, Bloomsburg, Honesdale and Berks Campuses. (IBHS)  – provides clinical, child-centered, family-focused care to clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, to assist in new skill development and coping mechanisms for clients and families. Expert KidsPeace professionals provide the services in the client’s home, school, daycare center or community settings.

Group IBHS Services: Afterschool Program and Sarah’s Smile Summer Program (Broadway Campus & Berks Campus) – This site-based program provides an opportunity for children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis to develop and practice social skills with peers using individualized curricula founded on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

At its Graham Lake Campus in Maine, KidsPeace offers an Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) program for males and females 8-20 years old.  Specialized care for children on the moderate end of the Autism Spectrum is offered in an environment that provides highly structured activities, special education, daily living and social skills and programming that promote reintegration to the family and community.

The ASD program offers intensive ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, ensuring fidelity of implemented Behavior Plan across treatment and education environments. Additionally, the program’s expert staff provide individual clinical therapy, family therapy and family support, psychiatric and psychological services, case management and nursing services. IEP-related services, such as Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy are also available.

This is a 24-hour supervised setting in a self-contained 12-acre residential campus on the shores of Graham Lake in Ellsworth, ME – providing a peaceful setting ideal for personal growth and treatment.
